About Our Distributors
Our distributors are independently owned and operated businesses located across the state, country, and globally. They distribute a single product: an All-in-One Home Cleaning System made by The Kirby Company. This versatile system sweeps, mops, buffs all hard surfaces, vacuums, shampoos rugs and carpets, deep cleans mattresses (9-14 inches), performs dustless sanding and spray painting, and even provides car detailing and shampooing. It’s a compact, easy-to-use, all-in-one cleaning solution for the home! Our distributors promote the product by offering homeowners a free cleaning of one room in their home, allowing them to experience the system firsthand—there’s no obligation to buy. This is a strategy for word-of-mouth advertising, as happy customers spread the word to their neighbors and friends.
About the Customer Service Position
In this role, you will work with 2-3 customers per day. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, setting up and demonstrating the home cleaning system, as well as showcasing its features and benefits by cleaning one room in the customer’s home. This includes vacuuming and performing a quick, dry foam shampooing that’s as simple as vacuuming.
Company Orientation
After completing your 1st day of Orientation, if you and the company feel this is a good fit for you, you will be accepted! This is where we get to meet you in person and put you in a group setting with other new reps. In Orientation you will see our All-in-One Home Cleaning System in action! The 2nd day you will sign on the salary contract and will need to bring 2 forms of ID. The 2nd day is Hands-on Product Education where you will be playing and practicing with the Home Cleaning System, to learn the features and benefits and to know how to efficiently use home cleaning system. The third day you will complete all education and can participate in your first company contest to earn a bonus check the following Monday.
First Weekend Company Contest:
After hands-on product education, new reps are put into their First Weekend Contest to earn prizes, awards and an early bonus, just for taking the Home Cleaning System home to practice before starting on the team. They will earn money to clean for friends and family, to build confidence! This also gives new reps a great idea if this will be a good position for them, before starting with a team!
Bonuses:
Our management team sales our product to 1 out of 3 customers. If you are the rep that cleaned a room for the customer, you will earn a bonus! The average bonus is around $350+ each sale! If a Customer Service Rep earns over $950 in bonuses for the week, such as $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000, they will be paid that instead of the contract! If reps don't work enough days to work with 15 customers in a week, they still earn whatever bonuses come from the customers / appointments that buy.
Company Paid Vacations
Any time Customer Service reps work with enough customer to result in 15 sales per month, they will earn a Company Paid Vacation for 2, to various destinations around the country, Mexico and Hawaii!
Management:
There is no seniority. All Customer Service Reps are trained to be managers, if they decided that they would like to move up in the Company. Management positions are available within 30-90 days.
